I’ve spent 25 years in advertising, including 15 in pharma and healthcare. The moment it changed wasn’t a campaign. It was a prompt.

I started asking AI tools how they would describe brands, treatments and competitors. The answers weren’t wrong, but they weren’t right either. They were built from whatever was most visible, most repeated, most retrievable.
 

That’s when it clicked.
 

AI isn’t another channel. It’s a narrator.

It’s shaping who gets recommended, what gets trusted and what gets chosen, before anyone visits a website. And it’s doing that based on what it can find, not what’s most accurate or most strategic.

 

Most businesses aren’t even aware.

Which means their story is already being written without them.
 

That’s the problem.

And it’s already happening.
